These terms describe use of Merge Bistro, developed by CastlePumpkin. They apply alongside the applicable Apple or Google platform terms and your statutory consumer rights.

Playing the game

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Keep your device secure. Do not redistribute protected app assets, interfere with the services, exploit payment systems or use the app unlawfully. Game content and progress may change through updates; internal test builds can change or be withdrawn.

Optional purchases and ads

Purchases are optional and processed by your app store. Product contents and the store price appear before purchase. Paid products have fixed contents; the game does not sell paid random boxes. Virtual items are for this game only, have no cash-redemption value and cannot be traded. Refund requests follow the store’s process and applicable law. Rewarded ads are optional and grant their stated reward only when the advertising SDK confirms it was earned.

Progress and availability

Device storage and platform backup support your progress, but storage loss, device changes or service outages can affect availability. Use the in-game support action to report a delivery or save problem. We aim to fix defects but cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device.
