Game saves and purchases

Progress and settings are stored on your device. The app uses Apple iCloud key-value storage on iOS when available, and Android platform backup, to preserve game saves. We do not operate a game account service. Optional purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play. The app receives product and transaction information to verify delivery and prevent duplicate rewards; we do not receive your payment-card details.

App analytics and diagnostics

After the app’s startup privacy notice, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us understand gameplay and diagnose errors. This can include installation identifiers, device and app information, game interactions, session summaries, purchase events, crash data and recent game commands. Internal testing is identified separately from production. We do not send names, contacts, payment credentials or precise location through our gameplay analytics.

Optional rewarded advertising

Google AdMob serves optional rewarded ads. Its SDK may process identifiers, IP address, device information and ad interaction data. We request privacy choices through Google’s User Messaging Platform where required, and respect Apple’s App Tracking Transparency choice. Declining tracking does not restrict the game’s ordinary features. A reward requires your explicit choice to watch and an earned callback from the SDK.

Review or change available advertising choices in Settings → Privacy options. On iOS you can also change tracking permission in system settings. Internal TestFlight builds use Google test ads.

Service providers and websites

Apple, Google and Cloudflare process data under their own policies. Cloudflare delivers this website and game assets, which involves ordinary network request information. These public pages do not contain app analytics or advertising scripts. Provider information: Firebase privacy, Google privacy, Apple privacy, Cloudflare privacy.

Retention and your choices

Local progress stays until app data is cleared; platform backups can remain until you remove them through the platform. Provider analytics and diagnostics follow the configured service retention and the provider’s policies. Contact elrqleldh@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we control. Include the information prepared by the in-game Support action so we can investigate your request. You may also contact a provider regarding data it controls.

Audience and changes

Merge Bistro is intended for an adult audience and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been provided. We may revise this policy when the app’s services change and will update the date above.
